RETURN GUIDE

General instructions for all returns *

Please make sure you fill in the return/cancellation form which is enclosed in your package or available to download HERE.

Attach the filled form to the returned package or send it by mail to order@mykilos.com with the order number.


Normal return

If you are not happy with your item, you may return your non-damaged and unused purchase in its original packaging within 14 days. Since you paid for the shipping, we will cover the return shipping charges for you!

As soon as we have inspected and approved the returned item, we would issue a refund to the payment source with which the purchase was completed.



Damaged items

We want you to be satisfied with what you get from MYKILOS products and services. Have you received your delivery with anything missing or has damaged during transit? Please check the item(s), take pictures and inform us within 2-3 day. We will refund or replace any item that arrives damaged. You must keep the original box for the product in order to be able to claim the product.

If you wish to replace your damaged item please note it in the return form.

*If a returned item is shipped outside of the EU international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges. MYKILOS is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy

Right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving reasons. The period of cancellation shall be 14 days from the date on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, have or has possession of the last product. In order to process your cancellation, you must inform us by means of a clear declaration (eg a letter mailed by post service, fax or e-mail) about your decision to cancel your purchase. You can use the enclosed sample cancellation form, but this is not required. In order to keep the cancellation terms, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the end of the cancellation period.

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel your purchase, we will reimburse all the payments we have received from you, including the cost of delivery (except for the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us) within a period of fourteen days from the date on which the notice of cancellation of your purchase has been received by us. For such reimbursement we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged for these repayment fees. We may refuse the refund until we have recovered the goods or until you have proved that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return the goods to us immediately or in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you cancelled  your purchase. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the end of the 14-day period. You will pay for the direct costs of returning the goods. You shall only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to a handling which is not necessary for the purpose of checking the quality, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
End of cancellation policy

Note on the right of cancellation (not a part of cancellation policy)

The right of cancellation does not exist for a purchase that,

  • -  Supply goods that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the buyer;

  • -  Supply sealed goods, for reasons of health or hygiene that are not suitable for return if their seal has

    been removed after delivery.
