EK Kitchen

The velvety, matte surfaces of the kitchen unit fronts made of mushroom-colored linoleum subtly reinforce the warm and soft character of this light-flooded attic apartment in Berlin-Kreuzberg. Mosaico Micro tiles made from recycled glass provide the fine geometric grid of the rear wall. Their smooth, slightly glossy surface creates a harmonious contrast to the rough texture of the matte anthracite slate countertop. A long bench adjoining the open bookcase in the tall unit – both made of solid oak – seamlessly integrates the ensemble into its architectural environment.
