MJ Kitchen

For the MJ project, we redesigned the spacious kitchen area of a newly renovated Hamburg home. We opted for an expressive interplay between a subtle background and extravagant elements. The Linoleum-coated dark gray fronts of the kitchen unit feature Joseph Giles handles made of lacquered brass. The alloy’s fine look also features in the sink, the Quooker tap and – most impactfully – in the kitchen island fronts. Natural stone countertops made of polished Verde Guatemala add to the elegant flair of the space, particularly in combination with the green-turquoise Zellige wall tiles installed as a splash back, which mirror the fishbone pattern of the wooden floor.
