All orders are packed and shipped from our warehouse in Berlin, Germany, to most European countries and parts of the world.

If your country is not listed, please send us a specific inquiry at order@mykilos.com, and we will endeavor to find a solution for you. Please note that additional shipping costs may apply in this case.

Shipping Costs

All shipping costs for the respective destination country are calculated upon ordering.
Shipping within Germany is free of charge.

Delivery Times

Germany: 3-5 days*

EU countries: 5-10 days*

Non-EU: 7-21 days*
